Ordered the churros and honestly, I couldn't believe what I received. It was rolling in cinnamon and whole bunch of cinnamon was just thrown on top. There was no sugar at all so it tasted really spicy. It was not edible. I've had bad experiences at this store before, not sure why I trusted them again.

Everything was cold when it arrived. Ice Cream from the OB Crepe melted, Baked Churros were burnt (no, the cinnamon sugar did not mask the burnt taste) Milkshake wasn't even full. First time trying OB and last time.

Quality is not stable. Sometime the crepe is great and fills in the whole box, sometimes the crepe is so small and has less cream and fruits and it doesn't fill the whole box
