Everything was cold when it arrived. Ice Cream from the OB Crepe melted, Baked Churros were burnt (no, the cinnamon sugar did not mask the burnt taste) Milkshake wasn't even full. First time trying OB and last time.

Quality is not stable. Sometime the crepe is great and fills in the whole box, sometimes the crepe is so small and has less cream and fruits and it doesn't fill the whole box

Churros were burnt. would've been easy to re-cook me a new batch. For the price of them , not happy at all
