I usually order from Ooki, and the food is consistently fresh and delicious, with friendly staff. Unfortunately, this time I received what seemed to be a different type of tuna — it was slimy, overly soft, and the color was noticeably off from what I’m used to. I reached out to the restaurant and was told I could reorder the same item or choose something else. I explained that I only eat tuna and asked for a credit or refund. Unfortunately, the manager, Eric, responded in a way that felt dismissive and unhelpful. I’m disappointed, as I’ve always enjoyed ordering from here and expected better customer service when an issue came up.

Stick to the basics. The salmon sticky rice was flavorless and the dye in the salmon ran onto the rice making it not very appetizing

Parts of the rice in the sushi was hard and didn't taste very fresh. In house courier service was horrible and rude.
