Always a joy to order from this restaurant. I often get the Japanese Butterfish (Dinner) and the Chicken Katsu (Dinner) and while you can get these things at any japanese restaurant, Ootoya elevates the food in such a waythat makes it flavorful and delicious. The food is always well packaged and tasty and ive always had good experiences ordering from there.

Solid 2 out of 5. Up to you if you want soggy/bland chicken karaage, beef gyu don was flavorless. Serviceable from a food is sustenance perspective

It was a nice concept! but I felt like it did miss the mark. Overall it was ok , but flavours didn't stand out so I doubt I'll order this again.
