• 25-04-14very cold food served, I live nearby oporto and gave it to my kid like just 5 mins after pickup and he didnt even eat a single bite as it was cold food. there were no customers in the resturant and only I was the one who picked up an order. they literally served yesterday's chips and chicken in Kid-O's Grilled Chicken Tenders Meal . Moreover they didnt give the crayon mentioned in the pack. the portion size of the chicken is so small as if its a baby's meal. Definitely a 3 year old kid eats more then the portion they have given. very sub standard service.

• 25-07-05Extremely disappointing experience at this store. I wish I could give zero stars.
I ordered the chilli loaded chips and simply asked for the sauce to be served on the side; a reasonable request that has been fulfilled in the past without any issues. However, the manager, Harshu (or Aman, as she identified herself), rudely refused, claiming it couldn’t be done. It was a small, simple ask, yet it was handled with zero courtesy, making me feel as though I was at fault for ordering in the first place.
To make matters worse, even the portion size was noticeably smaller than usual. So not only was the service poor, but the value for money was lacking too.
In trying to save a few cents on a condiment container, they’ve lost a returning customer; and likely more, once others read this.
If a brand like Oporto can’t accommodate basic customisations or maintain consistency in their portions, it reflects poorly on their customer service and overall standards.
You might make a quick sale today, but I won’t be coming back!
