the meat in the Philly Cheese Steak Wrap was fatty. The Falafel (5 pieces) was burnt and didn't come with any sauces, the Chicken Shawarma OzBox was a huge waste of money. They limit the toppings available to 3, there was very little meat, and the fries tasted old. Super disappointed. don't waste your money.

They give me less than 10oz of meat twice now when i paid for 16oz box. they use the excuse that their scoop says 8oz on it. EVERY OTHER OSMOWS just fills the box with chicken 15-19oz. This time they blamed new manager.

it was the most underwhelming food I had from osmows. I should know as I am a regular customer there. the fries were not cooked, the chicken lacked flavour and overall an extremely bad experience. osmows usually delivers great food but this time it was extremely lackluster.

Quantity was so small for such a high price ! Even I have added extra onion and tomatoes, they just added 1-2 pieces of ea, not worth for the price paid !!!!
