Got the mixed wrap and a pop.
Always so fresh and amazing but I keep forgetting how hot the hot sauce actually is. My mouth is burning but its so good.

We were missing a wrap + drink!! The one wrap they did send wasn't folded shut properly so it was wide open with all the toppings that fell out of it when we got it with a soggy wrap... very disappointed, as we usually love osmows.

Chicken was chew and rice was bad quality I spoke to restaurant staff behaviour like they don’t need more customers also they didn’t reward back

Cold wrap feels like not fresh I did not add onion they put onions, I asked for hot like spicy spicy but was mildl. And the flafal was so bad not fresh at all taste like so bad
