I have loved the Palm for decades until Landrys bought them out Yesterday I ordered their Cobb salad and their burger two of their more dependable and superb dependable standout items they feature for lunch. The salad was excellent despite dry tough over cooked chicken but the burger is not what they serve in their restaurants.For me it’s clearly deceptive to deceive customers with an inferior product through door dash that’s not what you would receive dining in.That’s before we get to the fact that medium rare was sent out well done and dry without any moisture. This is particularly sad as the Palm was one of the best burgers in America for over 40 years.A call to the inexperienced restaurant manager went nowhere sadly.Thankfully the good folks from Door Dash righted their wrong and offered a goodwill gesture It’s great to business with Door Dash but I no longer trust the Palm
