Burnt. Totally uneatable. I would not mock a local eatery and usually just eat around but this is $40 worth of a few lettuce leaves that I could eat. The burnt parts also smelt like a bottom of a barbecue. You have lost a customer Pancho's, and im telling my mates that eat there regularly.
