Ordered two plates, both Plates were meant to be chow main, kung pow chicken and beef broccoli. Both plates were hot and tasty but unfortunately one of the plates was made incorrectly just by one item. It ended up being chow main, beef broccoli and orange chicken. Not the worst thing to happen but wished it would have been correct. ￼

Three pieces of beef in my beef and broccoli. Beijing beef tasted like the oil used to cook it. I've never left a bad review but that was subpar.

How is a large chain able to claim they make their food fresh DAILY yet the food I order can obviously be noted that it's old? The rice was so rubbery it was as if it either been sitting out for a long time or reused. the Honey shrimp was saturated in sauce and slimy as if it also had been sitting overnight, didn't even have a crunch to it as it does traditionally. 
Only good thing was the teriyaki chicken!
The spring rolls and Rangoon's were amazing.
I recommend if ordering from them, either go in the later day where the food is definitely been made fresh, or go to another location.

Ordered 3 Plates with 2 items each. One of the plates was to have orange and kung pow chicken, the space for the kung pow was entirely empty! If they ran out of it, that's completely understandable but why not replace it with another item/reach out to let me know...and still charged the full amount of a 2 item plate! Delivery time was as expected.

They forgot the sauce that I even called and asked for them to include. No teriyaki sauce with our teriyaki chicken and no fortune cookies. Food tasted bland and small portions￼
