You can never go wrong with their soup and salads!! But that smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwich is amazing!!

Grilled cheese was very bland and wet when received i did not like that it came folded in half very small for the price and the tomato soup tasted like pizza sauce

Broccoli Cheddar Soup was good. chicken in the sandwich and salad tasted like freezer burn or like it was frozen previously. I do expect better quality for the price. Bread was fresh tasting. Service was poor. no one to be found. Tried the drive thru and no one ever acknowledged my presence for over 2 or 3 minutes so I backed out of the drive thru. went inside and saw one associate packing or doing something in the floor. no napkins in one of the stations. no one at the left side. I think I saw one person behind the area where you make sandwiches ? maybe. I imagine they were past the lunch rush but this was beyond barebones coverage and I'm not happy about the quality. I should've asked for my money back in the chicken.

Bistro French Onion Soup not too salty - Good. Got croutons-Good. The cheese was shredded-Bad. Fruit Cup was 50% cantaloupe and it was tough-Bad, should not be served. Cranberry Orange Slice soooo good.

Usually, Panera is great! Today not so much. I got cookies instead of scones, and bagels are thin as paper (rock hard) since they were toasted. Cream cheese container is tiny small (not what I expected)- it's pretty embarrassing to say the least.
