NEW Spicy Fiesta Chicken was not bad, but NEW Steak & Wake was almost devoid of any fillings. Also, who tosses a baguette side right on top of everything else in an open bag, with no wrapping or anything protecting it? Was not expecting to look into the bag and finding a (now) dry piece of bread right on top!

More expensive and smaller portions on salads. Not worth $14 for full salad. Plus removed my favorite salad from menu.

Every time Panera changes something in their menu, they get significantly worse. This new creamy tomato soup recipe tastes like sewage and their Mac and cheese tastes like chalk. What happened? I'm giving up on them.

If that was a "bowl" of soup, I'd hate to see how small your "cup" of soup is. Soup tasted great, but either they messed up and gave me a cup, or their idea of a bowl, and my idea of a bowl are greatly different.
