We usually cook because places like Panera are just falling short over and over again, and this time just solidified my point.
I have a house full of sick people so we decided to get some soup and sandwiches. supposed to be a Toasted Garden Caprese, instead I got bread with a tiny bit of cheese, and old brown lettuce/tomato.
This place is incredibly expensive for the poor amount/quality of food I just received!

For the price of a sandwich and it to look like that, is terrible. There was barely anything on it, and the lettuce was old and mushy.

I have ordered from here quite often and have not been disappointed . this time cranberry bread was tossed in the paper bag without being wrapped and sandwich appears to have been under a heat lamp for a little less than two days. I know you can do better

Food is always good and fresh. However, the last 2 times I've gotten a soda (Pepsi-fountain drink) it has tasted like chemicals. Today I figured I'd switch it up and get a Dr. Pepper thinking it was maybe just that batch of Pepsi. The Dr. Pepper has the same chemical taste as the Pepsi.
