I have never written review to any public places but after picking up my order I was very disappointed. My Toasted Steak & White Cheddar barely had any steak and Toasted Frontega Chicken almost no chicken in the sandwich. I wish I could upload photos. There was one worker in the kitchen with many orders and people waiting. This place needs to hire more people and change management if they even have one.

The quality of things have changed. Chicken teriyaki bowl looks incomplete, broccoli looks crumpled and each bowl has less than the previous one. Barely any chicken. You get a bowl of rice with tons of sauce. Damn Panera what happened?
