My soup was half empty and nothing in it. Was supposed to be chicken noodle and it was broth. Sandwich had halt ingredients on it

The sandwich is super good sandwich needed a little seasoning kind of bland but the fruit cup was awful half of it was cantaloupe melon that was so hard. I couldn't even stick a fork in it though honeydew melon was a little bit better in the pineapple was OK, but there were no grapes or anything else in it. It was just those two kinds of melon and pineapple, and it certainly wasn't worth the cost.

the creamy chicken and wild rice soup tastes really off. I've had it many times and it's always good but this time it tastes almost like it was overcooked and absorbed the flavor of something not good. not happy.

This is the FOURTH time this specific Panera bread location has failed me on my door dash order. They either completely forget to pack an item, or they send me the wrong item entirely. Clearly there is poor quality control when checking To-go orders and DoorDash. The manager there is always kind and usually offers a fair solution, but this type of mistake should not be happening this frequently. I wouldn't recommend this specific restaurant. The bentonville location is so much better.
