NEW Frozen Signature Hot Chocolate- it wasn't frozen. it was all liquid like chocolate milk.
Toasted Italiano- looks so good in the menu but when I got it , it was greasy and I didn't see or taste any of the toppings it was supposed to have on it. If there was, I sure didn't taste it.

I love Panera bread but they always forget one of my items. And they even checked it off on the receipt.
