Panera always gets me together every single time I order from them. I have never received anything that was not up to standard. The Pumpkin Muffin is the best pumpkin bread I have ever tasted. The Iced Caramel Latte looks and tastes like the espresso was just poured into the cup.

The tulip cookie was delicious, however, the grilled cheese was burnt and just throwing in a wrapper. It was smashed. I only half of the sandwich that was edible. Do not order the brownie, it was dry and bitter.

Everything was delivered fine, but the quality was lacking. The sandwich was flat and small and the salad looked very sloppy. Sorry guys! I have had good experiences in-store, but this delivery was just disappointing.

This was the first time I ordered from this store. I order the same thing at other stores and haven't had any problems. I ordered Sandwich and Salad, the Greek salad had more peppers then lettuce. I do not put dressing on my salad, I asked for some Lemons and olive oil I was told that they do not have it anymore.

the new signature take chicken sandwich is not worth $12. it arrived cold, the chicken was dry and burnt on the outside, and the bun was burnt, too.
