The soups have been thinner and runnier the past few times I've ordered here. Particularly with the tomato, squash and chicken wild rice. I haven't tried other Paneras recently, so I'm not sure if this is a recipe change or the workers not stirring the pot before ladling it into the cup.
Dashers have called twice in the past couple of weeks and had to put employees on the line saying to choose something else because they are "out" of certain soup flavors (but don't grey it out online) earlier in the day (10-11am). They don't give any sort of compensation (extra bread or bakery treat for example) to make up for it. Other places do, like DD - they give free donut cards if you have to pick another flavor when they are out of one you already ordered.
Portions are getting smaller and the bread is not as good as it used to be. Panera is just nickel & diming customers - it should not be priced as high as it is for how poor the quality has become.Sandwich and Soup/Mac
The Brownie is ok.

It is the best Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup anywhere I disagree with anyone that doesn't like Panera chicken soup also all of their soups gonna get tomato soup tomorrow. It's so fresh it's piping hot. It's so nice so thank you. The portion is amazing. I got two bowls this time instead of one because I was super hungry, but the portion is good and there was so many noodles in mine so I'm so so so happy it felt so nice at this time of night for dinner I'm so refreshed by my smoothie I could I buy one for now and then I get a second one always for my breakfast so thank you so much. I'm really happy with my Strawberry Banana Smoothie PS pro tip always get an extra French Baguette for each soup

The food is always cooked to perfection. My favorite is the Mexican Street Corn Chowder and a Strawberry Chicken Caprese Salad. Today is the first time trying the Tropical Green Smoothie as I have a hard time trying something different, but today's adventure to something new has gone wonderfully! It's sooooo yummy.
Hubs got Bacon Turkey Bravo® and it was very filling. Absolutely will be back to order again!

Orange scones were not fresh. Dry, crumbly, and very little glaze, which they desperately needed. Very disappointing considering what they charge for them. Aldi, the hazelnut coffe had been sitting too long. They should have made fresh to fulfill my order.
