Chicken Bacon Rancher has scant pieces of bacon if at all. It's the second time I've ordered it and I thought it was a fluke the first time it had NO bacon. Usually I like Panera but this time it was a longggg wait and no bacon????

The cookies were rock hard and tasted awful. I had to throw them away. The bagel was good but it wasn't the cinnamon crunch bagel it used to be, there was little crunch.

I ordered a full sandwich and only received 1/2 sandwich. Soup had almost no cheese.
