Awful! Tried the new toasted caprese and the amount of mozzarella wasn't enough to feed a mouse. Total joke. The whole sandwich was basil, excessive amounts of basil. Panera bread will no longer be getting my business. I think they are so over priced and overrated.

The broccoli cheddar soup was good, however the turkey avocado blt was literally thrown in a paper and rolled in a ball. Not even considered a sandwich, more a blob with a piece of bread thrown on top.

Terrible now. Even the sandwiches suck now. The bread is hard and flavorless. Don't waste your money.

I couldn't eat my grill cheese because the paper it's wrapped in was stuck in the cheese on an it ruined my sandwich like I was trying to pull it off slow an it was ripping my bread off but the paper was sticking
