I left a negative review last week because my soup was beyond awful, so I felt compelled to leave a positive review because today’s experience was much better. I had decided not to order from Panera again after my last of several disappointments, but I had an account credit and really wanted a cherry danish. Those are always good. The total was not enough to get the DoorPass lower fees, so I also ordered a sandwich. They were both excellent, not just good, totally awesome. It was only fair to share that since I shared the bad experience.

Broccoli Cheddar Soup - Group. Soup was for four people. Comes in one quart container. Did not provide bowls for soup !! How is everyone suppose to eat? Pass the quart around? Up ordered with Asiago cheese croissants. First time trying them. Never again. Wayyy too rich. About double cheese to bread ratio. Had to break off cheese to tolerate. Still ended up throwing some out. Never again.

Over $7 for a 4 inch sandwich, bacon was undercooked. Going elsewhere for breakfast for now on. Also take your fruit off the menu if you never have it. Second time I've tried to order and was sent replacements I didnt want. No safety seal on my coffee either.

Worst Panera food ive ever had. I always order the frontera chicken sandwich when I eat a any Panera and it been consistent however this time the sandwich had one small piece of meat, no cheese, no basil , a tiny tomatoe slice, no onion, it wasnt toasted and the bread was so hard and stale it was aweful. On top of all that it was cold!
My daughter's avocado blt was a mess and the bacon dudnt apper to be cooked all the way and was ice cold and she spit it out. She loves bacon and it was horrible!
The French Baguettes were all hard as rocks and stale.
Seems like the workers at this location could care less about quality or you as a customer!
To topit all it took an hour for the food to arrive and cost a huge 47.00 for some terrible sandwiches and what taste like canned soup!
Last time my family and I will eat at panera maybe forever! What a disappointing experience after a full day of travel and being so hungry at 8pm.
Should have posted photos before throwing out but I was too angry to think about it at the time.

Panera continues to increase prices while shrinking quantities. Moreover, the quality of the chicken noodle soup I just threw away was subpar. The chicken was fat and gristly, and the soup tasted like a mix. It was way too rich, like it needed water added to it. I really didn’t order delivery so I could make the soup myself. There was a time when Panera was good, high-quality food, but even then it was pricey. Now it is a poor value, and at least the High Point locations are extremely inconsistent in terms of flavor and quality. I need to remove this restaurant from my rotation, and in fact, I need to stop DoorDash altogether. Between the higher menu prices, the delivery fees, and the poor quality, I’m just throwing my money away.
