I love everything about Panera bread and I love their salads and their sandwiches and I love their cookies… Especially the kitchen sink cookie, the chocolate chipper etc

The Autumn pumpkin soup is amazing but the sandwich has a lot of faults. Not enough meat and the dipping sauce is not appetizing and the sandwich doesn't fit in the container for dipping

I ordered cranberry chicken walnut sandwich, it taste very good but you just put a scoop in the middle of the bread and that it. You should spread it crust to crust. And this is not the first time. I also ordered the chicken and rice soup and got chicken noodle. It was good but not what I ordered

Terrible communication! They didn't communicate being out of an item ordered via DoorDash and I ended up paying $14.58 for a bagel and cream cheese. So disappointed! The fault is also on DoorDash and I've provided them feedback as well.
