For the first time since I've been eating at this place the food today was not satisfactory. The autumn soup was tasteless and watery. The frontega sandwich was all bread barely no chicken. Very disappointing. Paid for doordash and food was not good. Im sure was just this one time. I love Panera

I ordered the tuna salad sandwich as I had done in the past but this time the tuna was super soggy and falling apart causing a mess that I could hardly eat it. The soggy tuna also made the bread all mushy. Really disappointed. One of the cookies was super hard and stale

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich yet the sandwich arrived with no chicken at all. The base ingredient was just ignored. And even if the store was out of chicken, they did not attempt to contact me about any changes. Very poor performance 0/10

The toasted NEW Toasted Caprese Focaccia seemed soggy and falling apart. I did not finish it and did not enjoy it
