So delicious! I always know the quality will be excellent. I love the Mac and cheese and the Cinnamon Crunch Bagel is beyond amazing .

The food is always consistent. I order the Tuna Salad Sandwich regularly and it is always fresh and prepared with a nice amount of salad greens and tomato....also nice to get a pickle spear. Resolution of problems with order/missing items is quick and does not happen often....was the case with the Macaroon 3-Pack. This bakery item is delicious and Highly recommended. Lastly, I am a straight Espresso drinker and quite picky. Unfortunately, because of recent mobility challenges, I am not able to grind my coffee beans and prepare espresso at home. The shots of espresso that I have been receiving from Panera are really good and drinkable straight. I cannot say the same for other coffee shops in the area.

Ive ordered lunch from Paneras when I travel because it's always a good value and the food better than most...this is the first time iever had regrets about ordering from Panera. The onion soup was like a thick beef gravy, no cheese. The half chicken salad was a lump on two piec pieces of white bread, and it was squishing thru the bread.

Quality varies from order to order with takeout. Tonight I received a Fuji Apple Salad with Chicken that had pieces of lettuce suitable for livestock, as well as end pieces. With the prices charged a customer has a right to expect more with your food quality.
$7+ for a Strawberry Smoothie that is sized for a child is a complete ripoff. Not the place if you're looking for value and high standards.

French Onion soup had the smallest pinch of cheese and only 4 croutons. The sandwich was not impressive either. it tasted good, but very little filling. They charge a lot!!
