This is a half grilled cheese??? It's a half of a half and it's not even grilled. It's just bread and cheese. We've ordered this many times before and this is unsatisfactory.

The macaroni is always good. Most of the time I order the Ciabatta Cheesesteak They forget the cup of au jus. The au jus totally makes the sandwich because it tastes good and softens the bread as you eat it. I keep ordering it because I love it so much but today, yet again the forgot the au jus. You can't even leave a note to ask them to please remember it.

It's sad to see the baguette size for the soups keeps getting smaller and smaller and the prices keep going up.

I ordered tomato soup and grilled cheese Sandwich and Soup/Mac, the grilled cheese was plain white bread that was in no way grilled. The bread was not grilled and the cheese was not even melted...total waste of money and i just threw it away. That's the last order from me
