Last night I ordered a Create Your Own Pizza and some Garlic Parmesan Breadsticks, though the pizza was excellent quality and delicious, the breadsticks didn't meet my expectations. They're advertised as 14" breadsticks and what I received was far different from the picture. They were hard and burnt. They were all different sizes too, some very small ones and some decent sized. I would order pizza again but for the breadsticks I can't say the same.

the food was amazing great service and the half and half pepperoni half cheese buy 1 get free deal was awsome. extremely fresh, and i would definitely get this agian, also decent for the size and price.

This was the heaviest pizza ever. I knew something was wrong before I opened it. The dough was either not fully cooked or soggy from having so much cheese . It was inedible. ...Twix bites were delicious

Cheese is flat and undercooked. Crust looks uncooked and taste dried. Papa John's quality has gone from bad to worse
