This was an excellent pizza! We just switched from one of your competitors, who had failed badly twice in a row, on several levels. The quality and attention to special selections were ignored, while charging extra for items that were not delivered. The worst pizzas I had ever had. They forgot about my order for over an hour. And it was stone cold upon receipt. The ingredients that I paid extra to receive were not there. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I can forgive them. But when the quality of the pizza received was terrible 2 times in a row, and I paid extra for them, it’s time to try someone else. I chose Papa John’s this time! We were NOT disappointed! You are our new favorite! My specialized instructions/requests were followed, as expected. And the pizza was delicious! At a better price, too. Thank you for your attention to the details that matter.

It's alright, but they don't follow directions. My pizza was dry despite me marking down extra sauce. Asked for hand tossed pizza but got a pizza that was as thin as the cardboard box it came in. Definitely not worth it.

It was cheesy and had a lot of pepperoni, but overall it lacked flavor. No flavor in the bread or pizza sauce, which is what I'm used to.

crust was not good. very little sauce as well. the crust was either undercooked or the dough was old. very unsatisfied

This was the worst pizza I have ever had in life. It was overcooked and just plain nasty. It was cold when it got here and I am only three miles away so I feel like I was given an old pizza. Lastly there so many more onions and peppers than actual meat.
