We were visiting from Dallas. Most of the food we had in Destin was overpriced and very undewhelming. We were hungry and wanted somehing good, but were exhausted from an afternoonon the beach. Decided to Door Dash and came across Papi's. We were a little skeptical , due to our previous experiences with restaurants in Destin, but after reading the reviews, we thought ok, let's give them a shot. Boy, were we glad we did! The quesadillas were delicious, but the star of the show were the Picadillo (Ground Beef) tacos. OMG! Some of the best we've ever had (and we're from Texas!). The Chips & Salsa were really good too. We will definitely hit them up again next time we're in Destin and you should too! In the meantime, Papi's, PLEASE open a location in Dallas!!!

Love Eating here but tried delivery today as I was waiting on FedEx ... little disappointed with the food tbh. Much better experience when you dine in.
Chicken enchilada was yummy but lacked cheese. Queso tasted good but was a watery consistency (not thick at all) & I got about 1/4 cup of rice SMH!!! (Literally. If even that much)
Restaurants need to do better with "take out" food.

I love Papis , I just have to get them to put the tacos al a carte on the door dash menu. They have the best Crispy Tacos best Hamburgers and they appreciate and know they need customers. They are good people and I love goin in there

The best à la carte crispy tacos you can get in the Destin area. Don't skip the salsa mild is great but spicy is good too if you like the heat!

I'm a street taco junkie and these did not disappoint! I only wish they could be ordered in 2 different meats instead of all being the same. BUT, I ordered a 5th in beef fajita (fat girl gotta eat!) and combined with the chips and salsa (also delicious!) I now have 3 full meals. =)
