Consistently FABULOUS!!! Always FRIENDLY!!! And always HELPFUL!!! Tonight, we had the Sopapillas for dessert, and they are great! Very light and airy! We get the honey on the side, so we can dip or not ... :). Also, they taste great the next day when the honey is on the side instead of served drizzled on top. We're also hooked on the Veggie Enchiladas!!! If you order those for delivery, we recommend you order them for "Express" delivery instead of "Standard". That's because the "sauce" is their normal red salsa, which has a higher water content from the tomatoes than their other cooked tomato sauces. So, the enchiladas become soggy faster. It would be helpful if there was an option for delivery with the salsa "on the side." The veggie enchiladas also are served with their delicious REFRIED BLACK BEANS!!! Yumm!!! Sign a petition, please, to have those added to their online ordering menu!!! (That's a joke, ... maybe ...). (Their refried black beans really are incredible, and I wish they were on the restaurants and DD menus!!!).
Lastly, the Veggie Enchiladas come with a separate container of nachos.
What is on those nachos seems to be different each time. It usually includes chili con queso, lettuce and tomato. Sometimes, it includes refried black beans and/or sour cream. Sometimes it includes guacamole, red salsa and/or shredded cheddar cheese.
The portion size is very generous and misleading. It looks small, (in a container that is about 4 inches by 7 inches), but once you start eating them, you realize it seems to be a "bottomless" container, because for each nacho you enjoy, more appear with even more toppings - not fewer!!! (Ok, that's partly a joke. But only partly. The nachos in the lower half have copious amounts of cheese on them - whether CCQ and/or melted cheddar -- and we find the best "nacho bites" are when we build a bite from a crispy chip from the top, complete with lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole, etc, and a chip from the bottom soaked in CCQ and/or cheddar ... Mmmm!!! Great!!!!).
