Amazing cheesesteak. Lots of steak, amazing cheese sauce and oh, the caramelized onions. An extra cup of cheese for my fries and the meal was delicious

Absolutely horrible service. I ordered two cheese steaks, the buffalo chicken fries, and a chipotle chicken cheesesteak. After opening the products each had its own issues.
1. cheesesteaks(beef) were a literal brick of meet (never even chopped)
2. Buffalo fries was a single tender chopped up into 4 pieces and they forgot the pickles!
3. The chipotle chicken was the only one that wasn't a total failure, however, I they forgot the chipotle sauce!
I even provided photos to door dash and was almost instantly rejected for my receipt! Absolutely horrible service, I won't be using either ever again!

Loaded cheesesteak fries were disgusting. Literally a slab of meat (uncut) on top a bed of like 8 fries. Disappointed cause I had this place in person once and got thesame thing and liked it. Might be a fluke but literally couldn't eat this

Fries are soggy & tasteless, they come in a plastic container that's only fit for cold food with absolutely nothing to line it. Missing sauces on the side, and I can't taste the Chipotle on my Chipotle Cheesesteak. Also none of the steaks were marked, so we had a hard time determining whose food is whose. Some sandwiches were missing caramelized onion.

very small portions for $13 sandwiches. also soda seemed watery. overall pretty disappointing to spend $32 for food that tasted like it came from a hospital cafeteria and left us hungry in the end. oh and Chicken Bacon Ranch Cheesesteak isn't the cheesesteak chicken in the picture and has no flavor
