I paid almost $19 for Cacio e Pepe and got a tiny serving of spaghetti with white sauce and pepper sprinkled on top. Absolutely not worth the money. Bland and over priced

I ordered the Cacio e Pepe for almost $19 and got a plate of pasta with sauce and pepper sprinkled on top. Not true Cacio e Pepe at all.
