Grandmother, from the old country, she's cooking in heaven now. Best pasta bog, so that's the benchmark, she made our food with love.
So, I now believe, she hasn't passed, but is working at Pasta Go Go and the down low.

Hey All, This is the 2nd time buying the Truffle ..This time Regular size. Added Spinach.  Worth the Regular for a later snack. Aroma is ideal, penne is perfect, black paper perfect. Worth experimenting. Add and  try different Options. Cheers, Judy.

Did not taste like the napolitana sauce, also had a piece of rigatoni in when I ordered penne. Possible cross contamination? Disappointed.
