The Klause family began making Peace Pie, an ice cream sandwich with a layer of pie filling, the following summer.
Oh my!!! What a way to celebrate Ice Cream Day!!! the ice cream is delicious. So far I only tried the Triple Vanilla. It is amazing and the cookies themselves are the best I ever tasted. The ice cream is so creamy tasting. Definitely not your usual cookies. I'm not a fan of many of the other types of flavors but I know some people will go crazy for them !!! Can't wait to try my other flavors. The peace sign on the cookies is very cute.

Delicious! The ice cream had like peanut butter flakes in it adding to the flavor. Tastes fresh and homemade. Also, it's huge! One will fill you. Just a great ice cream sandwich. Definitely would order again.

It was delicious! I got the Elvis and it was amazing! The only thing is I would like more peanut butter on it. But other than that it was absolutely delicious
