Santa Clara Pedro's seats 325 people on the main floor, while the original 12-table Pedro's opened in Los Gatos, California, had twelve tables.
Pedros delivered crispy tacos with real tortillas, not taco bell packaged shells. Best chili rellenos, but veggue sauce only available in combo, not ala carte. My family loves taste and quantity of chili verde plates.

This place is sooo good, absolutely amazing. Everything is so flavorful and this is definitely my new go to. The Nachos are delicious, beans on it are so good and the Side Guacamole is yummy and a really decent portion for the price. Also, the Chips & Salsa is so good because every single salsa is really delicious! I will definitely continue to order here and try new things!

I've been a Pedro’s FAN for decades, but my last meal was awful. I always order the Tostada and the one I received two days ago was soupy, watery tostada bowl, very little meat and beans,

The Shrimp Burrito and Shrimp & Chicken Fajitas were really tasty and not salty like other Mexican restaurants are. Having a recovering heart attack family member, we have to watch out for salt and too much oily or fried stuff. The Refried Beans and the Extra Shrimp was again really tasty! This will be our go to restaurant for good mexican or Latin food!

Really good chicken enchiladas with red sauce or green, neither should be too spicy for a child. Chicken is moist and tender, shredded not grilled. I believe this was under "Combinaciónes". Really good black beans! Rice OK. Really tasty chips and the salsa was good but have had better. Salsa is not too spicy for kids either. Have not tried other items.
