The latte was fabulous! absolutely killer, the blueberry muffin was nothing but quality. Highly recommended! Best coffee in town

The white mocha wasnt mixed in and my 4 shots came in a small cup that makes it hard to mix it all up in. I usually am given a bigger cup so I have room to move everything around. Doesn't even taste like they added a splash of oatmilk. $10 drink tastes like crap.

i asked for extra matcha and light ice, my matcha tasted like just milk. i asked for light vanilla in addition to simple syrup and the drink isn't sweet at all. my drink has more than half of the cup filled with ice and i also asked for a straw, which wasn't included. i paid extra for my modifications so it is a little upsetting

I order here all the time, never had an issue but I feel ripped off with this drink - it's almost ridiculously underfilled. They've never done this before, and my drink is somehow too sweet and too bitter. Never been an issue before either but disappointing regardless.

Ordered Iced Caramel Macc and Iced Mocha - both completely bitter/burnt with no whip cream that was paid extra for. I drink coffee a lot, and burnt is okay I guess, but my fiancé couldn't drink the Mocha. Also ordered a cinnamon swirl, which for some reason I didn't get. I got a coffee cake instead? Not sure if they were out but. Would've been nice to know. First time ordering here & should've paid for Starbucks overpricing instead.
