The food I ordered from Pei Wei was very delicious, as usual. The ordering process on the Door Dash web site was problematic-3 or 4 attempts to change the default credit card. I do not use the DD app.

The food is extremely salty. And this is from someone who likes salt. The crab rangoon is super soggy and lacks any flavor at all. The noodles taste as though they were just boiled in water that had a splash of soy sauce in it. Coconut curry shrimp is bland!
Teriyaki chicken was salty. Mongolian beef salty, broccoli beef, salty. Best thing on the plate was the NEW! Firecracker Shrimp. Sad business for over 100 bucks will not revisit this place. Oh yeah, eggrolls were bland!

Mushrooms completely raw in the Mongolian steak, beef is chewy. Orange chicken quality has gone down, no better than Panda Express. Hot and sour soup tasted weird too.
