Hot and fresh! Got the  Sirloin Steak & Eggs and steak was cooked perfectly while eggs still had a nice soft bite to them! Definitely recommend!

They have some of the best Mexican breakfasts around. This time I had the chilequiles and they were flavorful and delicious, as were the refried beans. We also ordered the two egg breakfastwith  chicken apple sausage and home fried potatoes. The potatoes were addicting! We will definitely continue to return to Pelton cafe!

Vegetable Omelette was seriously overcooked (brown and dry) and def not 3 eggs. weird. dry toast. potatoes need some flavor! Fresh Brewed Coffee is overpriced, a bit watery. may be ok for other items but do not recommend for American style breakfast. (have also tried the Benedict).

Best omelette I've had in a long while , that was so delicious wow . Fresh & the portions are bigger than expected definitely worth my money I will be ordering again

The skillet was barely edible.  The hash browns on the bottom were burnt and the burnt taste was throughout the skillet.  The bacon was also burnt.  I've had this several times before.  This is the worst.  I paid almost $20 for this!
