The rice did not have a good aroma, and the color of the dish appeared to be achieved using something other than saffron. The kebabs seemed overcooked and lacked juiciness; however, the inside was undercooked and slightly pink.

sorry, this was one of the worst kababs I have ever had - the meat was like rubber.
