Garlic Cucumber Salad perfect as always. Marinated Pig Ears w. Chili Oil 🌶️ were lovely and had a nice snap to them! cilantro heaven. Crispy Spicy Calamari w. Peanut 🌶️ were rich and spicy. Braised Spicy Veal Cube perfect as always.

We order all the time from Peter Changs McLean location and the food is routinely good.
The sweet and sour chicken used to be the best item on their menu but since they changed the menu last year it hasn't been the same. Please bring back the old version with plentiful amounts of that excellent sauce and juicy chicken pieces. Sadly we had to stop ordering that dish after several orders didn't meet the mark.
Our Sesame chicken, wagyu lomein, and fried rice orders continue to be great!

Braised Spicy Veal Cube wasn't perfect and not numbing enough.
Dry Pot Mixed Mushroom w. Pork Belly is not spicy either but very savory and familiar.
Garlic Cucumber Salad is amazing I get it every time. My favorite thing. Can eat a lot of it

Good, consistent Chinese take-out. Surprisingly, entrees do not include a side of white rice--you have to purchase that separately ... for a $1. Are you kidding? And then they don't even suggest that as a side when you're ordering. So I've had multiple orders here where I was disappointed I didn't have any rice.

I ordered through DoorDash for delivery to my hotel and was very disappointed. First, no utensils or napkins were included, which created a lot of inconvenience since I couldn’t easily eat my meal. Second, the texture of the 蒜蓉番薯苗 Minced Garlic Sweet Potato Sprouts was chewy, and it tasted like sugar had been added, which made it inauthentic. Lastly, the 四川素担担面 Spicy Vegan Dan Dan Noodle (w Peanuts & Tofu) didn’t have enough peanut sauce, leaving the dish dry and bland. For the price, I expected much better quality and attention to detail.
