This is some of the BEST food I've ever eaten! The Fire-Braised Short Ribs melt in your mouth - and the pineapple white rice is the perfect accompaniment. The meal is sweet/tangy deliciousness. Meanwhile, we also ordered the Shrimp with Lobster Sauce and that, too, is mouth-watering perfection. We've tasted Shrimp with Lobster Sauce from restaurants ALL over Phoenix and this one is BY FAR the most succulent. THIS is what Shrimp with Lobster Sauce is supposed to be - Lots of shrimp, enough sauce to cover the shrimp (not SOUP.... SAUCE), and fluffy white rice to soak up the juices.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND P.F. Chang's. I've never eaten anything I didn't love there!

Gluten Free | Mongolian Beef & Gluten Free | Fried Rice were pretty decent therefore 2 stars instead of one. The amount of rice for the Gluten Free | Mongolian Beef was ridiculously tiny. I haven't eaten here in a few years and I'm appalled at the tiny portions, high prices and poor quality of food overall. The Gluten Free | Chang's Spicy Chicken was saucy and completely soggy. This dish used to be dry and slightly crispy and mild-medium spicy & sweet. It used to be delicious. This dish that arrived today had zero spice, was extremely sweet and tangy in taste and nothing like it used to be all. Not to mention the teeny portion of white rice and how soggy it was. Super disappointed. I paid $80+ for this meal. It was not worth it all. Where's the quality???!! I would have been better off spending less than half the money and gone to pei wei instead.

Food was good but not as good as I remember in Illinois. Chili Crab & Pork Belly Fried Rice had skinny bits of meat that taste like bacon; nothing like their picture. Not worth the price. Also rice was just in oil, not traditional refried. Mongolian Beef was not carmelized in glaze and missing those classic crunchy noodles. Korean Glass Noodles had a good flavor but shrimp were teeny tiny. Did love the sealed bag they use for delivery!

I was excited to try a new dish from PF Changs that I have not had before. I had a hankering for Mongolian Beef which was always very tender inside at the restaurant. This was a combo of beef, chicken, shimp and veggies in Mongolian sauce. I was really disappointed in what was delivered.
The beef was so chewy and sinewy that after chewing a few pieces until my jaw gave out I gave up on it a piled it all on to a section of the rice so I could avoid it. The shrimp were likely Bay Shrimp as very tiny. The vegetables were very tiny. The menu asked me to choose a side.
I chose the large size hoping for leftovers. What I feceived was a two compartment tray with one-third being the rice. The tray was the size of the one-compartment full-size tray thst a standard entree used to fill.
If I was dining in, because of the beef alone, I would have sent it back.

Very mid food, especially for the price. Sushi was warm and just not good. Singapore Street Noodles were super bland and 95% noodles. Overall value for price is not great but the Miso Lobster Dumplings were good. Nothing was even semi spicy despite ordering the chili butter & very spicy on everything.
