I'm not sure if the bagel is intended to be this dry or it just wasn't a good batch, but all the bagels I ordered were extremely dry. The cream cheese was good- and a good amount it given. The breakfast sandwich had one egg and very little bacon. I probably would not order again- personal preference- as I do not like cornmeal on a bagel and prefer something that is chewier and moister.
