I placed order for 15 pretzels xlrg cheese and 3 other side dips paid 5$ and did not receive xlrg cheese DoorDash did not reimburse me and pretzel company was rude that it was closing time to call back the next business day

Are they scared to cook it ? This store needs a old head that grew up on Mini Pretzels - 1 Row Hello !! Pretzels are suppose to be brown all over clearly they didn't grow up with original Philly pretzels. I wish h we could get options of how dark we want what we pay for.

A first timer - As a highly recommended experience of the famous Philly pretzel I ordered in the soft pretzel and a dip. Crusty yet soft with a sprinkling of toasted sesame and salt delivered on time.
