I have order the small river box before but this time when it was delivered my pretzels are practically hard as rock and not warm. Plus the lid for my cheese sauce was melted

The pretzels were somewhat overcooked and hard. Some people like them that way but I like a softer pretzel.

The rivets were hard and clearly old, which was a bummer because no one really wanted to eat them, so we had a big bucket of them go to waste. Pretzel dog was fine.

The Large Rivet Bucket tasted good but there was no dipping sauce included in the delivery. I was also surprised the bucket had no wrap or cover on it.
