Twice in a week I have ordered and twice I have received the incorrect dip. I ordered brownie Lg - Brownie Batter and received the cinnamon batter. I'm a little frustrated that people cannot make sure of what they are putting in the bag

The cinnamon rivet box is pretty bland. The large pretzel was dry and hard (maybe not fresh).

pretzels were hard as rocks. they had been sitting under a heat lamp, you could tell. they couldn't even be earn unless my grandchildren and I wet them then put in microwave. I will never order from them again. not to mention I paid for 6 cheese cups and got 1, and could not get reimbursed. I spent 22.00 on pretzels that mostly went in the trash.
