So good! So glad I gave it a try! The brisket is perfect and thick cut, the broth is full flavored, the egg roll was small, but delicious...and a made from scratch sauce?! Excellent! Don't sleep on the milk teas either, A++!

The R1. Pho & Beyond Rice Plate was wonderful! So flavorful. The fried A8. Egg Rolls (2) and A9. Vegetarian Egg Rolls (4) were not quite right this time around. The oil temp made them kinda greasy. While I have had them before, and they were good. This time I think they absorbed too much grease and we did not end up eating much of them.
