The cha gio men aka the crispy imperial rolls are always so good here! They werent cut into pieces like usual but were very tasty, fresh and temperature wise - hot upon receiving my order! I did reheat them in my toaster oven while i was cooking our pho. My dishes had raw meat so i usually reboil the soup which has the perfect amount for my large soup bowls, cooked the meat, vegetables and then my noodles. My order arrived with the utensil for 3, vegetables, hoisin sauce and hot sauce.

I was happy to discover this place, as the Pho bo Tai was excellent in taste. The rare beef was nicely sliced with the perfect thickness and size. Portion/ratio of soup to meat to noodles were on point. Taking off a star because my food was delivered in an unsealed bag with the soup lid slightly ajar making me wonder if my food could have been tampered with.

Order was spilled and soup was packed poorly. Also the photo of the egg rolls has vermicelli and sides but order did not come with it. Not as advertised

the imperial roll taste sour and was mushy inside. five spice chicken was dry.
