I was so scared to see that the meat was raw, but I called the store and they reassured me that they cut the meat a certain way so that when the broth is reheated and hot, the meat cooks in the broth instantly! It was so, so good. I would absolutely order again.

I'm southeast Asian and probably wouldn't order from here again. The pho broth was not very flavorful - had to add tons of hoisin, soy sauce, and sriracha which were not provided (from my own pantry). I'm not used to having red onions in pho and this added a not-so-nice aftertaste. The portion was not very generous , with small amount of broth barely covering the noodles, only one tiny sprig of herbs, and a few pieces of meat.

Got pho when I was sick with pneumonia. Pretty sure it was at least 70% responsible for my recovery (antibiotics are the other 40%). The pho delight is really, REALLY good.
