First time trying the Spicy Hue Beef Noodle Soup and can say I am now a fan. Perfect amount of spice that's not overpowering, the flavor is fantastic, the veggies were stored separately so they were fresh and snappy, and the serving size is more than filling. If you're open to trying something new I recommend. As for the Shrimp Spring Rolls (2 Rolls), the size alone would make me buy them again let alone how good it taste. They are HUGE. Plus the peanut sauce that comes with it is delicious.

Everything I've had here is amazing. The Small Bowl of Kimchi is such a large portion and is spicy but not too spicy. The Pho with Chicken Noodle is flavorful and what you'd expect for pho. I love the sauce that comes with the Shrimp Spring Rolls (2 Rolls)

The pho is flavorful with plenty of fresh herbs, limes and jalepenos to accompany it. The Beef in Wild Betel Leaf is also delicious!

Portions were great and the broth was flavorful, but the brisket was nearly inedible due to the amount of gristle.
