I initially wanted to try something new, but unfortunately, it was not good. They did not add enough sauce and forgot to add pepperoni to my pizza. It was like eating dry bread with jalapeños! In addition, I added an expensive side salad for $12.00 and the lettuce was all wilted and soggy. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from Pielogy in the future. Not worth the hype and very disappointed.  I didn't mind the hour and 30 minute wait but not for what I received for my patience.

selling the wrong drink paying for a cheap water bottle and coke bottle intended of the one in the pictures say 20 oz and you get a 16 oz intended  wow ripoff

Completely forgot the Mike's Hot Honey and subsituted one of the dessert items for another drink instead of asking me or refunding me. The cucumber mint drink just tasted like watered down lemonade.

I gave it a 3 because our pizza was very cold by the time it got here. They took so long to get it ready and for us to receive it cold was disappointing. Although the pizza was pretty good after I reheated it  it the air fryer .
