I paid almost $50 for an Arroz Chaufa that was completely different from what I ordered. My order clearly stated Arroz Chaufa with beef and chicken, NO shrimp, but what I received was made only with shrimp.
When I complained, they claimed that I had removed the beef and chicken from the order, which is absolutely not true. My DoorDash order clearly shows that I ordered it with beef and chicken.
So basically, I lost almost $50 because they got my order wrong and did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue.
On top of that, the “soup of the day” looks delicious in the picture, with what appears to be a nice piece of rib, but what you actually receive is completely different. Mine came with dry, tasteless pieces of chicken, and the soup itself tasted horrible.
Extremely disappointing experience, both in terms of the food quality and the way they handled my complaint.

The chicken was cooked perfectly, but the tostones were inedible, and the rice fell short. Be cautious when paying for extra sauce, as I didn't receive it.
